What payment methods are accepted in the Suunto webshop?  

You can pay for your purchases by bank, debit or credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and via Paypal. 

Do you accept payments by American Express card?

 American Express card payments are only possible via Paypal.

When will my card be charged?

The full amount of the order will be deducted once the order confirmation has been sent.

We strive to guarantee the complete security of our site. All credit or debit card transactions are processed through GlobalCollect payment services using a secure online portal to store and manage payment information in a secure environment.

I cannot complete the transaction. What should I do?

If your payment is declined, please check that your card number and expiration date are correct. Please check that your bank has not blocked the payment. For security reasons,  Customer Support cannot access your bank details, but they are available to give you advice.
